Barrel Cellar

Our barrel cellar is a magical place, a cool and quiet building with soft lighting, almost as if to respect the time and patience needed for our wines to age.

Here, the best vintages selected by the wine-makers rest in selected and seasoned oak barrels, positioned on a metal structure over a layer of small stones that help to maintain the correct humidity of the environment.

The terracotta floor brings to mind the traditional flooring of the local farmhouses.
