Suitable for the whole meal, try it with pasta dishes with tomato-based sauces, especially with pancetta/bacon or mushrooms, cheesy gratins, chicken, pork or rabbit casseroles, pork or veal roasts, mild to medium hard cheeses.
Traditional red wine vinification with skin contact and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature around 20-22°C. Use of selected yeasts in accordance to the desired wine style.
