Dry and round taste with elegant soft tannins.
The bouquet is pleasantly fruity and spicy with notes of sour-cherry, plums, oregano and pepper.
Ideal with pasta and meat in particular with red meat, roasted pork, beef burgers with mushrooms, meaty pizzas and aged cheeses.
Traditional red wine vinification with skin contact and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature around 20-22°C. Use of selected yeasts in accordance to the desired wine style.
