Dry, vinous with a good structure and a pleasant freshness.
The bouquet is rich with hints of red fruit (blackberry, raspberry) and the characteristic herbaceous notes of green bell pepper, rocket, nettle, freshly cut grass.
Ideal to grilled meat in general, roasts and hard cheeses. In our areas it is traditionally paired with salami with vinegar, and stewed wild boar.

Traditional red wine vinification with skin contact and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature around 20-22°C. Use of selected yeasts in the fermentation process.
